For your first game this is an admirable effort, albeit it's very barebones. Not a lot of choices to make and it's rather simple overall, although I hope you continue to improve your skills in the future.

Saw this one on Oneyplays and decided to give it a try. It's alright, however for some reason medals aren't properly unlocking for me.

I can tell that this is your first game so I dont wanna be too harsh here, but it is quite rough. It's clear you were going for a henry-stickmin type game in terms of both character design and gameplay, however in practice it's rather bare-bones. Lack of sound effects and inconsistent art style make it clear this was a project that was made rather quickly and lacks a lot of polish. I don't think you should give up, but this definitely needed more time in the oven.
